Meet Paul…
Paul has worked across the real estate industry in private practice, student housing, co-living, single-family/multi-family build-to-rent (BTR), and the wider PRS for 18 years, specializing in the living sectors since their inception in 2014.
He is a seasoned expert in the living sectors, with over a decade of senior leadership experience in the industry.
In 2015, he launched the northern PRS operating platform for Grainger PLC, established Dandara Living in 2018, and managed the UK's largest operator of single-family build-to-rent assets at Ascend.
Whether providing advice on starting an operating company (OpCo), scaling an operational platform, or driving returns and customer satisfaction, Paul is among the very few who have been on the front line of the living sector's growth since its inception.
